Introduction: Now before we get started, let’s first make sure that we’re using macOS Mojave. How do we know which macOS we’re using? Well, let’s find out. To see which macOS you’re using, all you have to do is go to the upper left-hand corner to where we have the Apple logo. This is called the Apple menu. When I click on it, you’re going to see we have About This Mac. I select it. We have a new window that opens up, and under Overview here, you can see which macOS you’re using. In my case, I am using macOS Mojave.
Upgrade: Now, if you’re not using macOS Mojave, let’s say you’re using High Sierra or macOS Sierra, what you can do is upgrade for free. To upgrade to macOS Mojave, what you need to do is go to the App Store. When you open up the App Store, you’ll see a search field. Just type in Mojave, and then you can download the installer. Again, this is free by Apple, so you can upgrade from an older version of macOS to macOS Mojave by going to the App Store.
So that’s how we can see which macOS we’re using on the Mac.
