Master the Art of Removing Backgrounds in Photos on Your Mac!

In this video, I show you three different ways to remove the background from a photo on your Mac. It’s super easy! You can do it through the Photos app, through the Preview app, or directly from the Finder using a Quick Action.

To remove the background through the Photos app, all you need to do is copy the subject and paste it into another app. To remove the background using the Preview app, just open the photo and select “Remove Background” under the “Tools” menu. Lastly, to remove the background using a Quick Action in the Finder, just select the photo, right-click, and choose “Remove Background.”

Just a quick note, though, these methods require macOS Ventura 13.2 or later. But don’t worry, if you’re not sure how to check your macOS version, I’ll show you how in the video! So sit back, relax, and let’s get started!
