Safety Check, Account Recovery, and Legacy Contact Class
This class will cover the important aspects of maintaining the security and accessibility of your Apple ID. I will discuss safety check, which allows you to review and update your account information to ensure that it is accurate and secure. I will also cover account recovery, which is a process used to regain access to your Apple ID if you have forgotten your password or are locked out of your account. Finally, I will discuss legacy contact, which is a designated person who can manage your account in the event of your death or incapacitation. This class will provide valuable information on how to best protect and recover your Apple ID, as well as how to prepare for unexpected situations.
Class Schedule:
- Lobby: Doors Open (Meeting is open) 15 minutes before. I call this the Lobby where we can mingle and greet each other. This portion is not recorded.
- Event: The event starts at the top of the hour. I will sometimes have about 5 minutes of who I am for new guests before I start on the meeting topic. I try to spend about an hour on the topic. Sometimes this can go a bit longer, but my goal is to keep it an hour.
- Afterglow: This is more mingling time after the class where we can cover different topics. Sometimes this is relatively short, and other times it can be a bit longer.
