windows/dropbox/Mac
was a windows person…………kids convinced me to go all apple………………moved all my data from HP onto new hard drive…………tried to load info onto my new Mac…..drop box was involved…..tried to open this info on new Mac….I was able to see the files/folders and pics……….but they were all ghosted…would not open…..yes I know #1. never listen to your kids ………….now I am trying to figure out how to delete all these ghosted files/pics etc….village idiot….I am

I would see if you can load the files from another computer, maybe try a Windows machine. If you can load them, then we know it is an issue with the Mac opening them. If the other computer can’t open them, then it is something with how they were copied or the external drive. Make sense? Hope it helps!
