App Tracking on the iPhone and iPad and iOS 14.5

Apple released a video, you can watch above, about the new App Tracking Transparency feature introduced with iOS 14. App Tracking Transparency lets you control which apps are allowed to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites. You may not see this pop up immediately after you’ve updated your iPhone or iPad, as it is something Apple is expecting app developers to expose when an app is submitted for review. So an app like FaceBook will first need to be updated. When they submit the update to Apple, the developer will need to tell Apple if they are tracking activity.
